Swansea lost 6-1 on their last visit to Stamford Bridge back in December 1983, which is also the last time the teams met. The Blues’ goals came from a Paul Canoville hat-trick, Pat Nevin, Kerry Dixon and John Bumstead.

The Swans’ only victory at Chelsea came in their first-ever meeting in Novermber 1925.
