Birmingham failed to win for the first time in six matches but still got the draw they needed at Everton to leapfrog Liverpool into seventh in the league.
Watch English Premier League football match, Everton Vs Birmingham highlights here.
I have to feel sorry for David Moyes and Everton; Louis Saha had a perfectly good goal wrongly disallowed for an erroneous offside decisions, and they should have had a penalty when a Brum defender blatantly punched the ball away from Saha’s head in the latter stages of the match.
This was as heinous an act of cheating as that of Thierry Henry against the Irish, or the infamous “Hand Of A Little Fat Cokehead” (or “Hand Of God” as it is sometimes known).
This was a despicable act of cheating, and should be dealt with retrospectively… how can we expect match officials to get decisions right when the players are involved in such duplicitous conduct.
On another note – As a Man Utd supporter, I look on wistfully when I watch Saha doing well for Everton; he is an outstanding striker, and it was sad to see him leaving OT.
