Ayoze Perez gave the hosts the lead after Jordi Amat’s mistake but John Carver’s team conceded in first-half stoppage time when Nelson Oliviera headed in from a corner.

They went further behind after strikes from Gylfi Sigurdsson and Jack Cork.
