Blackburn 1-1 Man City Highlights

Manchester City were held to a draw in an absorbing FA Cup third-round tie at Championship side Blackburn.

City went ahead when Alvaro Negredo slotted in at the far post after Edin Dzeko headed on David Silva’s corner.

But the home side levelled when Costel Pantilimon fumbled a Rudy Gestede header to let Scott Dann sidefoot in.

In an exciting climax, Jesus Navas shot wide for the visitors and DJ Campbell headed wide at the other end, before City’s Dedryck Boyata was sent-off.
