Swansea City sign Leroy Fer from QPR

Swansea City have completed the signing of Netherlands international Leroy Fer from Queens Park Rangers for an undisclosed fee.

Fer made nine appearances on loan with the Swans last season and joins the on a three-year contract after a fee was agreed with Queens Park Rangers for the midfielder.
